Student Culinology® Competition

2011 Student Culinology Competition

In 2011, student teams will develop a proposal for a Southern dessert concept featuring peaches for a family-style, restaurant chain which includes both gold standard recipes and the corresponding product formulations.  Selected finalists will commercialize and ship their dessert to the competition site in Atlanta, GA.  On the day of the competition, finalists will create the fresh product version of their family-style restaurant chain dessert, and be judged in part against how well the commercialized dessert matches up against the gold standard.  The Letter of Intent to submit a proposal is due September 30, 2010, and proposals are due December 1.  For further information, please see the 2011 RCA Student Culinology® Competition RFP.
