Student Culinology® Competition

RCA's 2010 Student Culinology Competition will be held at the RCA Annual Conference on March 17-20 in Phoenix, AZ. Student teams interested in gaining industry-wide recognition and competing for a $5,000 first place award must submit a letter of intent to participate.  Competition rules, including all deadlines, may be found in the "2010 RCA Student Culinology Competition RFP."

Important deadlines:

9/30 - submit intent letter

12/1 - submit written proposal
