The meeting will provide information on the emerging trends of these regions and how they are being slowly adopted into the American mainstream.

Chef James Duncan and his team will offer a focused overview of several topics with finished food concepts that will illustrate the different areas.

The attendees will gain understanding of the flavor differences between Latin countries, South East Asia, and North Africa, the history and tradition, as well as application of the dominant flavor profiles used in finished manufactured goods.
