Your Support Makes Scholarships Possible

Since 2005 the Research Chefs Foundation (RCF) has awarded over $60,000.00 in scholarships to further the education and professional development of student and professional RCA members.

Dozens of students, such as Shane Zimmerman, have benefited from your generosity and with your continued support the Research Chefs Foundation can assist future industry leaders meet their educational and professional goals.

Shane is a Junior in the Culinology® degree program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and intends to graduate in August, 2011.  After graduation his plans are to work as a research chef, working in culinary-based product development operations.
